The animal also has its way of getting what it wants. It must
have intelligence to be able to comprehend what it has to
do to get what it wants or what it likes to get.

The unconscious cueing can be used to fool people into
thinking that the animal is doing something it is not but
students do this to teachers too :-)..

In fact, this business about "understanding" and "knowing"
and just running some program (like a computer) has never
really been clarified. That's one of the big bones of
contention between computer scientists and psychologists.

I only pointed it out.
