The "strong argument from psychic tears" is non-existent. The
issue of how early hominids dealt with predation is in no way
"off the thrust of the main argument". I can certainly understand
AATers not wanting to talk about it as it is a critical failing of
their theory. The response to the issue of aquatic predators has
been dealt with ignoring it or by waving their arms and making the
crocodiles "disappear".
