I feel much better.

I may have adopted somewhat abusive tactics... I apologize. However, you
have not responded to a single one of my critiques. It may have been
tempting to dismiss them given the somewhat abusive nature of my posts on
the subject. However, each one of them directly addresses (one could say
refutes) your assertions. For you to characterize them as "abuse" and
then avoid a response does not lessen their relevance to your arguments.
