The answer to that is obvious - because Quantum Mechanics and
Electromagnetic theory don't conflict with the Bible, which they hold to
be absolute truth.

The reason creationists give scientists the "fits" is that they base
their arguments on the assumption that the Bible is 100% correct and that
anything that conflicts with it has to be wrong. That flies against the
most basic precepts of logic and science, and is therefore anathema to
anyone who values those concepts.
