One may legitimately note that a certain ethnic group is more prone to
crime than some other group, but this does not establish that the cause
is genetic. It might be, but it might also be a matter of upbringing,
opportunities and barriers in society, etc. Black Americans, to take
one example commit crimes at a higher rate than they did forty years ago,
but their gene pool has not changed much in the interim.
