The thing that baffles me is why you're so antagonistic to Phil.
There just doesn't seem to be anything objectionable about him,

I think it's because a lot of people complained about you
when you were here the last time, since you were scaring off
tender, innocent, young academics.
I think Phil took it upon himself to rectify a situation he felt
somewhat responsible for, having met you while slumming on
alt.origins, and, assuming you were normal, inviting you to discuss
issues on sap.
