I really don't know enough about the evidence for "crying" to argue with
Elaine here. My reason for broaching the tears subject regarding the two
"kinds", 'psychic and irritant', was that I recall research on the former
showed that the tears produced through emotions carried toxic materials,
and my impression was that those substances were other than salt. Does
anybody remember this research a couple of years back?
