Dear Sir, your latest edict to anthro-l, about Dean Middleton of
University of Colorado, Boulder, contains a number of what are in
that message, unsubstantiated allegations. While the main message
may have some relevance to anthropology, and thus anthro-l, this list
does not condone unsubstantiated defamatory claims against others.
If you wish to substantiate any of those claims, then we would
certainly view your claims in a different light.

Further, I would question why a public letter to any of those
addressed would be posted to anthro-l, except perhaps as a carbon
copy, since none of them read, or probably even know of the
existence of this forum. Please use a little more common sense
when you post messages to Internet lists in the future.

Thank you,

Hugh Jarvis
Co-owner Anthro-l
