I also provided some interesting titles, and a source for them,of
articles dealing with the culture of science -- how science is organized,
what are its values,how its discriminatory practices are bound up with
the research it chooses and affect its methodology and conclusions
.These matters are the heart of science,it seems to me.. In the early
days of the
women's academic movement our critiques of anthropology depended on a
thorough knowledge of traditional (that is,androcentric) anthropology.
The same thing applies to feminist critiques of science, these critiques
being made by men as well as women, but more by women scientists. Ruby
