Just one: I wasn't looking for citations. <g> I was trying to get a
discussion going of opnions, not a trading back and forth of citations, which
makes for a rather bland list at times . . . <BG>

Oh, well, thanks for the info, and I will look into it. (And you're not the
only one who's sent me citations, so don't feel embarassd about it. And
don't be afraid to jump in anytime!)
