Most people I've talked to think that Davis' books are complete crap.
Academic elitism, if you ask me. OK, so they were sensationalized and
popularized. But me, I liked the movie (S & t R) ... might even go out and
rent it again some time. Spooky as hell- better than Angel Heart.
