Three days ago I asked in this list for some informations about
WOMAN-MARRIAGE (Gynaegamie). Some of you asked me to publish the
results here in this list (Of course, I'll do so). Other colleagues
asked me to be more concrete:

I understand under WOMAN-MARRIAGE (in German: Frauenheirat or Gynaegamie)
when, like in some African societies, a woman marries another woman and
takes over all parts of the role of a male husband (except the genitor-part
- of course). Genitor is a man - without any more functions.

We are interested in:
a) Monographs with descriptions of social behaviours or functions
which can be interpreted as a kind of WOMAN-MARRIAGE.
(Especially from outside Africa or before 1925)
b) Articles in all kind of journals dealing with WM.
