I wonder, given affirmative action requirements for non-discrimination and
diversity, a job cannot be filled unless a diverse applicant exists. Given
these requirements, I wonder whether they will be obliged to give full
consideration to male applicants. What if no white males apply? Will
someone say, "sorry, the appointment cannot be made, we didn't have a
diverse applicant pool." ?

I hope that happens.
