Children are inundated with TV from their time of birth. TV is not the only
means by which children learn. Schools, parents, the extended family are other
methods of learning. Why, then do the majority of children learn primariy from
TV? Where is the proof? What causes this effect?

I propose that, instead of discussing why or why not America's youth has/ has
no consciousness, the adult population should take a pro-active approach to the
solution of this problem rather than a reactionary response.
