WEDA - (free) online anthropology email & mail directory

Many of you may already know about WEDA - the Worldwide Email Directory of
Anthropologists - but for those who do not, I thought you might want to
hear about it. Sorry for the those who receive this more than once (I
know I will)!

WEDA is a free, online service, and a volunteer project. It is a
searchable directory which lists an ever-growing number of anthropologists
and scholars in related fields, from industry, government, academic,
research, and museum institutions around the world. Avocationalists
are also very welcome! While I certainly don't claim to list everyone
(yet...?), if you cannot find the very person you want, you will at least
be able to find someone in their same department, institution, or, for
less Net-active regions, at least the same country. Listings contain
email addresses, backup regular address/phone/fax information, plus
(optional) research interestst). And I always welcome more listings!

That page has a search input box, as well as links to a submission form
and a large number of other directories and online email address search
engines. Let me know how well it works for you. If you like it, tell
your colleagues and encourage other to link to it, and any
professional organisations to which you belong to endorse it!
