Tenure Track Position in Women's Studies

The Department of Women's Studies at San Diego State University invites
applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant Professor,
beginning Fall 1996. Field of specialization is open, but applicants should
have research and teaching interests in gender, race, and ethnicity in a
national or international context. Applicants should also demonstrate a
commitment to the discipline of women's studies, to undergraduate and
graduate teaching as well as to research, and to the development of new
curriculum. Terminal Degree preferred. Salary contingent upon experience and
qualifications. Members of underrepresented groups are strongly encouraged
