RJ infects other lists

RJ has infected several other lists lately. I am trying to decide what the
best term might be for RJ and his effect on virtual communities.

infotoxic
human virus
human-transmitted computer virus
memetic disease (memes = information chunks)
cyborg infoction (information + infection)
huspam (human + spam)

Any other suggestions?
