My congratulations as well on this half-century mark, but I am confused
as to what is considered to have constituted the beginnings of Danish
Anthropology. Even if archaeology, to which Danes made vastly important
early contributions, be considered a separate discipline there were certainly
important Danish anthropologists before 1945.
