Just a brief note. The TLC program guide lists a program for
this coming Monday night (Ancient Warrier series) on the Fighting
Shaolin Monks. It says it will show the history of Kung Fu.

Would those of you who responded the last time to my note on Kung Fu
and the martial arts in general, watch and then start a discussion?

I'd also be interested in knowing what everyone (who has cable and
and a VCR or time to watch) thinks of the Archaeology series and
the other series on anthropology that air on TLC, The Discovery
Channel and the PBS stations. How accurate? What are the
producers communicating to the public? How are anthropologists
portrayed?
