Yes indeed! There seems to be a combined backlog and order-randomizing
going on at one of the gateways. I do not know if it hits folks in the US, but
lately postings on several of my lists are arriving in an order that bears
little relation to when they were sent. Maybe it's only a Canadian thing? That
it's going on in Ontario would seem to rule out pre-referendum harrassment of
la belle Province by those nefarious Federalists at least! ;-)
