Change of Address for ICOMOS WWW and Gopher sites

As of November 2, the International Council on Monuments and Sites
(ICOMOS) has been using its own domain name for its WWW and gopher sites.
Please adjust your links and bookmarks accordingly, although we hope
that the pointers will remain in place for several months.
