Todd, You "dont see the majority of the GOP as support in something as
unfounded and utterly wrong as the Bell Curve." To a certain extent that is
moot because the majority leader surely does. The Bell Curve is also #3 on the
New York Times Best seller list so many, many people are atleast considering
it.
I am a little confused about your warning not to "Bring your political
biasis to a scholarly forum, especially when what you write is out of spite."
My point is that funding agencies and scholorship have always been intimately
tide to the social/political terrain of a given historic context. Finaly, I
wrote that piece to be informative not spitefull.
