Hi there,
My 2 cents....coming from NYC, currently here in Lubbock, Tx., - one finds
the fsh symbol EVERYWHERE, and I mean EVERYWHERE. It is extremely
Fundamentalist out here, and they take this symbol seriously, along wth
other assorted Christanity-related bumper stickers.

Here at Texas TEch, there are exactly TWO cars wth the Darwin fish: one
has "Darwin" inside the fish symbol, and the other is the little fishy
itself, smiling. Both parties expect their "fish" to be rpped off their
vehicles at any tme, (though going by one posting here, that'll be a mite
difficult to do!).

After all, in 1992, folks out here got ther cars bashed with pipes for too
many Clinton bumper stckers..... and yard signs were burned in effigy...
