What are "World Cultures"?

In an attempt to define what "world cultures" are to our museum audience
(the Children's Museum of Indianapolis) we are interested in your
response to the following: What does a group of people need to share to
be a culture? For example, is there an "internet culture"?
Thank you very much for your help. If an interest is expressed I will
summarize for the List.
