Michelle,
You might find it interesting to have a look at Tetova'lt szta'lin
(Tattooed Stalin), a book on tattoos of Soviet prisoners. The book is in
Hungarian and some Russian, but there is an English synopsis and partial
translation available. Authors are A'kos Kova'cs and Erzse'bet Sztre's.
Published in Szeged, Hungary in 1989.
