hello all!
i have just subscribed to this list in the hopes of finding out
some information. i thought maybe someone on the list might be able
to help me. i am an undergraduate student and i am trying to do
some research on costa rica and it's community development
associations in rural areas. does anyone have any information they
would like to share with me about this topic, or know of someone i
could contact to get this information? i would really appreciate
any help you could give me.
