Quite a few Indian tribes are turning to various forms of gambling on
their reservations as a means of increasing their incomes and decreasing
levels of unemployment. Obviously, the large amounts of money, construction,
influx of gamblers, etc. have a profound impact on the Indians.

Does anyone know of any studies that have looked at the impact of Indian
gambling enterprises on the communities, counties, or states in which tribal
gambling occurs?

Any thoughts, sources, suggestions will be welcomed.
