For whatever it is worth, this physical anthropologist feels that he has
benefitted from many (certainly not all) of the RJ vs. OTHERS exchanges that
have appeared here,
and when I am tired of perusing the posts, or the level of invective gets
to be too much, I find it easy to whack the "D" key. Many of the
responses to RJ's posts have been fine eloquent statements that I am
pleased to have read, and through them I feel like I have met some fine
people. Like it or not, RJ does raise issues that deserve
some thought, and banning his posts is simply censorship. What next? Do
you burn the "posts", "purify" the archives?
