Oh, this is a classic urban folktale that has been going around for many
years. Jan Harold Brunvald's _Curses! Broiled Again!_ has an entire
chapter on it. In the 1950s, it was the Red Velvet Cake of the Waldorf-
Astoria. In the early 1980s, it was Mrs. Field's cookie recipe, then
the Union Station cookie recipe. Brunvald notes the Neiman-Marcus spin
dates to before january 1987. Apparently, it is a good recipe.

Say, has anyone heard the story about the cement-mixer driver who goes
past his home during the day and sees a sports car parked in front and
a strange man visiting his wife. Well, he gets mad, see, and dumps the
concrete into the open window, and .....
