Librarian--Help Wanted

I have been following with great interest recent discussion of how
anthropologist do (and mostly don't) make effective use of library
resources and databases in doing research. It touches a sore point with
me, for working outside of academia, I find it next to impossible to get
access to a major research library and, even more important, a trained
librarian to help with my research. It has occured to me that I would
cheerfully pay for a service that combined bibliographic research with
copying and mailing journal articles. (Books can be easily ordered from
any of several sources.) If there is a librarian lurking out there who
would like to offer this service, I'd like to receive a proposal telling me
about your library, the amount of time you have available, and, of
course, what you would charge.
Looking forward to hearing from you-- John McCreery
