Re: Harris and sociobiology

I have always felt that the term "sociobiology" was only used in relation
to those clearly confuse people who believe that cultural behavior is
hard-wired into human organisms. Asside from a propensity toward
cultural behavior in general, specifically innovation in culture, none of
the literature supports this extreme viewpoint, including Harris, hence
the attack on his part against the "SB's".
I have not yet read BArkow, but will place his critique on the ol'
reading list.
