Lecturer

The Department offers a full range of courses in Archaeology and
Palaeoanthropology, covering theoretical, practical and culture historical
areas. Applications are sought from suitably qualified candidates with a
speciality in the Archaeology of Animals, Public Archaeology or Historical
Archaeology, or any combination of these or closely related topics.
Previous teaching experience is highly desirable. The successful applicant
would be expected to undertake research relevant to these specialities in
the Australian, Pacific or Asian regions.
An untied start-up research grant may be awarded immediately on appointment
to a successful female applicant.
