Recommendations for short course in Spanish

I am going to Chichen itza and Uxmal for several days the first week in
July. Could someone recommend a home-study program/course/tape to me so
that I might at least have some familiarity/facility with Spanish. I am
a relatively quick study and feel my trip would be enhanced by learning
as much Spanish as I can in the next several weeks. Thanks in advance
