if electronic journals become more common...
Well, they don't have much access to western journals as it is, do they?
I can't recall any articles that I have seen, perhaps ever, written in
the archaeological literature by someone outside of North America or
Western Europe. And, anthro-l, for example, has subscribers in the
eastern block, central and south america, and the far east... So, I
think access will improve through the net.
