Why not go all the way and use a term which expresses a positive
value. Nothing so absurd as some of the contemporary politically correct
terms. The term "Natural" for instance would contrast nicely with
"technological", and would suggest that "Modern Western European" was
"Un-natural", which is reasonably true.
We could simply establish new terms with agreed upon definitions
of positive values. On the other hand, the term "primitive" retains
positive values in the art world.
