PRESTIGIOUS journals count more.

Acknowledged, but prestige and status are granted to `things' by `people'
and the only thing it takes to change prestige is for enough people (faculty)
to accord prestige to new computerized e-mail journals. That give authors
the opportunity to submit for prestige, or to submit for scholarly distribution
. . . prestige will follow right along in due time.
