Speaking of copyrights, guess who owns the copyright
to the dissertation or thesis you wrote? The university.
Someone once asked me how much I was paid to write my
thesis. After I stopped laughing, I explained the
process, that I paid tuition and fees, all expenses,
binding, copying, etc. so forth and so on. And I
don't have the copyright to my own work.
