Matthew Hill says:
"Each time you use voice mail it captures a bit of your soul."

Does that suggest that each time you engage in direct face-to-face interaction,
you are giving away even more?

More seriously, does "voice-mail" refer only to messages relayed through a
computer? Or would standard messages left on an answering machine qualify?
Do I detect some prestigious symbolism beyond the phrase, leading to careless s
lopping it around everywhere?

I'm neither Robert Johnson, nor Dan Foss, but like them, I'm back after a
brief hiatus. Is there still good, clean, COOL fun to be had on Anthro-l?
