People, let's drop the silliness. The point was made that some would
be subscribers to anthro-l are not willing to read through some of
the over-enthusiastic comments made by others. The aim of anthro-l is
to encourage communication between *scholars* on anthropological
topics. I will strongly request that those who feel they must rely
on strong language and name-calling to drive home their arguments
find their pleasures in other ways. Keep your opinions to yourselves.
I see no reason why anyone should have to wade through such nonsense.
People, this is not high school any longer. My appologies to the vast
majority of the list who patiently sit quietly through these threads.
