Apologies: "Just Curious"

course this term, I asked students to subscribe to Anthro-L and
observe its traffic for a week, then e-mail me a report and answer
some questions about Anthro-L. The assignment SPECIFIED that they
not post the questions to Anthro-L in an attempt to get answers.
Obviously this student radically misunderstood the assignment.
I would very much appreciate it if no one responded to Ms. Nguyen's
Just Curious posting, as responses will simply work against students
who have been observing Anthro-L and following the rules of the assign-
ment. My apologies if anyone minds being observed but I believe
Anthro-L is a great way to give undergraduates a look at anthropologists
doing anthropology.
