macs and Windows

MACs are great, if you can afford them and never need to upgrade them. For
flexibility PC's have a lot going for them. As for Windows 95, you would do
well to reformat your harddrive and then install the program. Yes, it is a
diskpig, yes its producer is draconian in many respects, but yes, it does do
an awful lot that is good in a way that is accessible to most people.

UNIX...ugh....... (All I can think about is the penned in "logo" on a UNIX
box at Rutgers, probably placed there by a frustrated user. The logo is a
screaming man closing his knees and covering his crotch with his hands. I
suspect this is metaphorical for how many users feel when exposed to UNIX :)
No offense intended by the description of the logo - apologies in advance
to those offended).
