Buchanan's budget

Here's something from the local paper about what happened in New Hampshire
yesterday:

"Buchanan's defeat of front-runner Dole was fueled by voters mad at the
status quo, frustrated at the failure of the party to protect their jobs or
combat abortion and improve their standard of living.... In a moment of
candor just before the voting, Dole conceded that he was surprised by the
strong feelings of economic anxiety that fueled Buchanan's rise. He hastily
added lines to his stump speech lamenting corporate layoffs and stagnant
wages, but suggested no solutions. "

Any thoughts about what a Buchanan budget would look like?
