I've been developing the most *indescribable* imagery of you in my mind's
eye. Now, I learn, you're a smoker, too! It's, well, not Fate, that's ancient;
not "coincidence," that's passe and pedestrian (see theoretical and theological
explication under separate cover), but what you young folks, or is it unconsci-
onably gross to flatter a woman's youthful appearance, would today call a
*synchronicity*.

Oh, by *indescribable*, I do not allude to the sort of *indescribable* indi-
cated by the expression "an Experience which cannot be expreessed in words,"
preceding an interminable description couched in profuse verbiage; no, I'd
call it the *indescribable* of the sort, "not here, not here." Lo, I have
been faithful to Ruby in my fashion. <sigh>.
