Mr Lieber,

Please note that one of the ideological functions of egalitarian
individualism is that it enables an individual to disentangle themselves
from the comprising character of history and sociality. All off a sudden it
is the poors fault that they're poor, and if I get rich, well I must be a
hell of a guy.
