Yes and multinationals and other companies should pay for agricultural
genetic resuources developed, and being developed, by native people.
eg potatoes, tomatoes, corn and beans to site just some american eg.'s.
Kellog Nabisco and ADM use this resources without paying a dime to
the original developers of the genetic materials they use.
