THE QUEST
You have a chance to take part in a modern-day expedition to help make
real discoveries. You're going to a place where you can still find lost
cities in the jungle, secret inscriptions that only a few people can
read, and tombs of ancient rulers.

Four times (at one month intervals) MAYAQUEST LIVE! will allow you to
follow a team of cyclist led by Minnesotan Dan Buettner on a expedition
into the Mayan world of Guatemala, Mexico, Belize, and Honduras. These
television programs will feature:

* video footage send back by the expedition
* studio guest and experts answering questions about the Maya
* Opportunity for your students to call in and ask question of the
Expedition members in Central America

The program will begin at 10:00am (CT) and will be 45 minutes long.
These programs are free to all schools. The program may also be taped
for replay for educational purposes. Feel free to duplicate this
information and share it with your colleagues.

TO CALL IN QUESTIONS
