With reference to the thread on urban folklore, I recently received an
announcement from Syracuse Univ. Press that relates to that discussion.

Alan Dundes & Carl Pagter. Sometimes the Dragon Wins. Yet more urban
folklore from the paperwork empire. Syracuse, NY: The book is
described as "a collection of Xerox lore and humor circulating widely in
today's workplace." It appears to be typical Dundes, with "no topic
untouched, from the tame everyday woes of work to the more controversial
ethnic slur and scatological and sexual joke."
