Here in the U.S., AT&T does this quite a bit. I have in-laws, Black
Americans, working for AT&T and we all laught about it. AT&T is obsessed
with "diversity" but take a look at their board of directors! 90% male,
white, and overweight. (My apologies to any white, overweight males out
there -- this isn't disrespect to you, it's just that to compare their ads
and their B of D is quite amusing.)
Hmmm, everyone wants to appear diverse and no one wants to be diverse?
Certainly, the powers that be don't want to give up their power.
