Hi virtual anthropologists,

I am beginning research on a specific area of mental health which I hope
to do an anthropological analysis of later. I am hoping to write about
how psychotropic drugs are becoming a part of certain cultures.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of places to look for anthropological
analyses of mental health treatments. I know that someone wrote something
at some time about sanity and insanity being culturally constructed but I
dont remember where I saw it.

If anyone has any ideas for me I would greatly appreciate it
The more recent the information the better (if it applies specifically to
psychotropic drugs)
