cultivar is an agricultural or horticultural variety, a spcific name of
a domesticated plant. Not to be confused with cultigen, a crop species
not known in a wild state. In other words, Sweet potato or I. batatas is
a cultigen and "red Nancy", "Orlis" and "Allgold" are sweet potato
